Vi tilbyr minikurset om robusthet. Arbeidslivet og livet ellers er ikke perfekt til enhver tid. Selv om du kanskje er godt fornøyd med hvordan du har det akkurat nå, vil du møte hindringer, utfordringer og tilbakeslag som vil teste deg som mennesket.
Vi tilbyr minikurset selvledelse. For å leve gode liv må vi ta eget ansvar. For å oppleve mestring og prestasjon over tid, må grunnleggende faktorer være på plass. Effekten av selvledelse er økt bevissthet og evne til å prioritere og få til det man ønsker.
Vi tilbyr minikurset om stressmestring. Stress er blant de vanligste helseproblemene på norske arbeidsplasser og kan være et stort hinder for den enkelt medarbeider, samt et godt og produktivt arbeidsmiljø.
Vi tilbyr minikurset velvære. Velvære handler om å ha det bra. En opplevelse av balanse i et 24 timer perspektiv. Målet for kurset er at du skal få økt kunnskap, en repetisjon av det du allerede vet og bli inspirert, slik at du kan ta gode valg i din hverdag.
