Throughout the retreat, we guide you through our three signature workshops and more, designed to transform your relationship with rest and help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

Each day is woven with movement, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practices to nurture your nervous system and bring you home to yourself. We wind down with intentional sleep-prep rituals and close our time together in a heartfelt circle. You will leave not just feeling better, but with a deep sense of renewal—more rested, more connected, more you.

Rachel Brownbridge and Claudia Menger are the founders of The Rested You and are on a mission to make rest more accessible, and help people feel more rested and connected. Through their yoga nidra facilitator training, workshops and retreats, and online membership they share their extensive knowledge and wisdom around yoga nidra, therapeutic movement, and nervous system support. Claudia specialises in feminine therapeutic yoga and healing after c-section, while Rachel brings expertise in body literacy and functional movement
