Join a unique 3.5-hour adventure in the stunning Fosen region! The journey begins with a speedboat ride from Trondheim to Vanvikan (Ticket not included in price), where you´ll meet your local guide and a friendly Alaskan Malamute (Yuki).
From Vanvikan, you'll be driven to the hike's starting point, where you can enjoy snowshoeing and ice fishing in a serene winter landscape.
If there isn’t enough snow, we will hike instead (good shoes are required), but we will still try ice fishing. Along the way, warm up with coffee and a fire at the lake if weather permits. The guide will speak English but understands Norwegian and also speaks German.
What's Included
The tour includes transport, snowshoes (various sizes), an ice fishing rod, and bait. If the weather allows we will also boil some coffee at the lake. Perfect for anyone with decent physical fitness. Remember to dress warmly—recommended clothing includes wool socks, winter boots, a beanie, wool base layers, a thick jacket, and gloves.
Let us know if you would need sticks for better balance.
