We provide course about Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in english. Root cause analysis is used to improve process and product quality, minimize safety risks, and meet regulatory requirements.

It helps organizations identify the underlying causes of deviations so they can implement necessary changes to prevent recurrence. This could include anything from quality issues in a process and in products e.g. to food safety concerns, such as chemical, microbiological, or foreign object risks.
Additionally, root cause analyses are often used to document solutions to potential problems or incidents, as required by laws, regulations, and management standards. Understanding the difference between corrective and preventive actions is key to this process.
