We provide course about Codex Leadership Briefing in english. Most leaders did not choose Codex. Their developers did. The buyer often already has ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, and Codex came with the seat.
Course description:
The leader's question is no longer whether to adopt, but what to measure, what to fund, and what to allow. Without a written answer, OpenAI's own Codex Labs program will not save them: rollout is governance, not access.
Course objectives:
• A measurement model that separates AI-attributed output from raw throughput
• A funding decision: Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise tier, and what triggers an upgrade
• A governance baseline: mandatory, recommended, restricted
• A 90-day rollout calendar with named owners and a defined kill switch
• A one-page brief the leader can forward to their executive on Friday
Course content:
Session 1:
• What the data says. Codex usage at 4M weekly developers. NVIDIA's 10,000-employee rollout. 85% of OpenAI uses Codex weekly. Round-table: where does the leader's team sit on the throughput vs stability trade-off.
Session 2:
• Measurement. DORA metrics still work but are silent on AI attribution. Add: AI code share, code durability at 30 days, review-adjusted lead time, change failure rate trend. Pick three numbers, track them weekly. Exercise: leader defines their own baseline.
Session 3:
• Funding and governance. Plan tier selection at the team's size. SCIM, EKM, ZDR, RBAC for Enterprise. Three-column governance sheet: mandatory (secrets-blocking hooks, AGENTS.md present, review gating on AI-assisted PRs), recommended (personal skills, MCP experimentation in sandboxes), restricted (auto-merge on Codex-authored PRs, danger-full-access outside CI, unsupervised long-running cloud agents). Exercise: leader drafts their own sheet.
Session 4:
• The 90-day plan. Three phases: pilot (weeks 1 to 3), expansion (weeks 4 to 8), standard practice (weeks 9 to 13). Named owners. Success criteria. A kill switch in writing. Plan reviewed by the room.
Instructors: Rogier Muller & Vasilis Tsolis
Rogier Muller is CTO of BlueMonks Group, an Amsterdam-based fintech compliance company, and co-founder of several companies. He`s a lifelong coder who moved early into AI-assisted software development. Today, he is the only person in the world to combine official ambassador roles across the three leading agentic engineering platforms: Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
Rogier has hosted numerous events worldwide and works closely with engineering teams, founders, and AI tooling companies on the practical adoption of agentic software development. His specific expertise is using agentic engineering in highly regulated environments, including but not limited to fintech, financial services, KYC/CDD, AML, GDPR, AFM-supervised contexts, auditability, data isolation, and compliance-heavy software delivery.
Vasilis Tsolis is a pioneer in document intelligence and agentic coding helping teams to change how they work across industries. He is an official Ambassador for Cursor, OpenAI Codex and n8n. He is the partner of Cognitiv+, an AI consultancy and software factory that helps organisations practically implement and adopt AI with enterprise confidence.
He has co-founded several companies and trains development teams across the US and EU on AI-assisted coding, with a consistent focus on integrating it into real workflows without losing control of the codebase. Background: engineering and law, twenty years across AI, construction, energy, and tech. Vasilis has worked with JPMorgan, Intel, PwC, and others along the way.
