We provide norwegian course at advanced level B2-1. Norwegian course level B2 part 1 is the first of three courses at advanced norwegian level that we offer. Norwegian course level B2 includes individual and group assignments, listening exercises and homework.
About the course:
This course covers chapters 1 to 5 of the book " Here on the Mountain ". Participants in this Norwegian course start their studies at Norwegian level B2 based on the language levels described in (CEFR). The teaching is in norwegian from day one, and therefore there is no requirement to have english skills. In this way, we force the students to use the norwegian language from day one, which results in better learning outcomes.
After completing the course, students will be able to speak Norwegian more fluently using advanced phrases, verb conjugations, and descriptions. Students will be able to use more complex sentence structures and a more sophisticated norwegian language. Conversations will be easier and more understandable. Students will begin to vary and use a wider range of words in their spoken language.
At this level, you build on the knowledge you acquired in the previous norwegian courses (A1, A2, B1) and become able to participate in conversations without communication with native speakers being an obstacle. The norwegian course is intended for those who have successfully completed norwegian course level B1 from the book: «Stein på Stein» or a similar CEFR book, and have acquired a good knowledge of Norwegian grammar and who now want to improve their Norwegian skills.
On the norwegian course you will practice the following:
• To understand the main content of complex texts on both concrete and abstract topics, and academic discussions within your own field of study.
• To engage in conversations with such spontaneous and fluent language that communication with native speakers is not tiring for either party.
• To write clear, detailed texts on a wide range of topics
• To explain a point of view on a current social issue and argue for and against different alternatives
• You will also learn more about Norwegian culture and society

Target group:
Norwegian course B2 is suitable for those who know norwegian at level B1 and who want to learn more about the Norwegian language and culture. This level prepares you for the test in norwegian, higher level (Bergenstesten).
