We offer machine courses for classes M1 - M6. The aim of the training is for the trainee to acquire basic theoretical knowledge about the safe use of material handling machines, so that accidents during use are avoided.

The correct use of material handling equipment is of great importance for the safety of the machine operator and other personnel participating in work operations. Misjudgments can have major consequences and lead to serious injuries to the machine operator, other personnel, as well as equipment and surroundings. Positive attitudes towards safety are therefore important during training. We use course leaders with many years of experience from industries where heavier machinery is actively used. As a course participant, you will then receive solid training from a professional who knows your work tasks.
In the practical training you can choose between the machine classes:
• Class M1 - Dozer
• Class M2 - Excavator
• Class M3 - Grader
• Class M4 - Wheel loader
• Class M5 - Backhoe loader
• Class M6 - Dumper

Module 1 (8 school hours)

• Working environment, responsibilities and consequences

• Safety regulations for the use of work equipment
• Dangerous goods labeling and handling
Module 2.1 (24 school hours)
• Introduction with requirements for operators of mass-moving machines
• Areas of application for the individual types of mass-moving machines on the construction site
• Accidents with mass-moving machines. Accidents in general in construction
• Construction of different types of mass-moving machines
• Maintenance of mass-moving machines, hydraulics, diesel engines
• Certification / documentation
• Exercises
• Exam
Module 3.1 (8 school hours)
• Function and operation of the main components of the relevant mass-moving machine
• Checkpoints on the mass-moving machine
• Areas of application and operation of the relevant mass-moving machine
• Work area of the mass-moving machine
• Mass-moving machine used for lifting loads
• Use of lifting equipment
• Practical exercise in using the mass-moving machine
Module 4.1 (32 school hours per machine category) can use sponsors in your own company
• Repetition of lessons 1 - 7 in module 3.1
• Practical exercise in using the material handling machine
