We provide online HSE course for managers - for hotel and restaurant in english. This course is a general course for all leaders with managerial responsibilities, including all middle managers or project / team / line managers with any form of operational or personnel responsibility.
Course overview:
This course is online and can be completed at your own pace. According to the requirements of the Working Environment Act §3 - 5, every employer is obliged to undergo training in health, environment, and safety work (HSE). The obligation is personal and cannot be delegated, and completed training must be documented in writing.
The employer must undergo training in health, environment, and safety work (HSE), as stated in the Working Environment Act (aml.) §3 - 5, first paragraph. The top administrative leader is considered the employer, but more than the top leader can, depending on the circumstances, be considered the employer (aml. §1 - 8, second paragraph). This course aims to provide documented HSE training that meets this requirement.
Note: Leaders sitting in the HSE committee (AMU)
Leaders who are part of the company’s HSE committee (AMU) must undergo more comprehensive training in HSE and take a 40-hour course. During this online course, we will go through the Working Environment Act (AML) with a focus on Health, Environment, and Safety. We will also touch on the internal control regulations and provide examples and tips on how to succeed with HSE work.
The course will provide you with useful tips on how to manage good HSE work in your business and how you, as a leader, can contribute to ensuring that HSE efforts lead to increased employee satisfaction, improved profitability, and a good reputation. On average, a participant will spend 45-60 minutes completing the entire course.
