This course is intended for IT professionals responsible for administering Microsoft 365 environments that use AI agents, including:

• Identity and access administrators

• Cloud and platform administrators expanding into AI governance Learners are expected to have working familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration - including the Microsoft 365 admin center, Microsoft Entra basics (users, groups, Conditional Access), and core Microsoft Purview concepts.
