We provide course about Release Train Engineer in english. Attendees explore the skills needed to facilitate and enable end-to-end value delivery through Agile Release Trains (ARTs) - and learn how to build a high-performing ART through servant leadership and coaching.

Course description:
By becoming a SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE). During this 3-day course, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of an RTE in the SAFe enterprise. Through experiential learning, we will examine the RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation.

You will learn how to facilitate ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets. We will also examine and discuss how to prepare, plan and execute a PI planning event - the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organisation.

• Applying SAFe Principles in the RTE role
• Organizing the ART and Agile teams
• Advanced practices for planning a PI
• Advanced practices for managing multi-team DevOps and Continuous Delivery
• Value Stream Mapping techniques

• Advanced leadership skills and techniques for flow-based work

Course content:
Module 1 - SAFe and the Release Train Engineer role:
• Learn how SAFe supports large-scale agile delivery and how the Release Train Engineer contributes to alignment, collaboration and value delivery across teams. You will explore the responsibilities, mindset and leadership approach required to succeed in the role.

Module 2 - Leading Agile Release Trains:
• Understand how Agile Release Trains operate and how to facilitate collaboration between teams, stakeholders and business functions. The course covers effective communication, coordination and servant leadership practices.

Module 3 - Planning and executing Program Increments:
• Learn how to prepare for, facilitate and support PI Planning. You will work with planning, dependency management, alignment of objectives and successful execution throughout the Program Increment.

Module 4 - Facilitating ART events and value flow:
• Explore the key events that keep Agile Release Trains running smoothly. Topics include Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, Inspect and Adapt workshops, and techniques for improving flow and delivery performance.

Module 5 - Coaching teams and stakeholders:
• Develop coaching and facilitation skills that help teams improve collaboration, resolve impediments and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Module 6 - Continuous improvement and Lean-Agile leadership:
• Learn how to measure performance, identify improvement opportunities and support organizational transformation through Lean-Agile principles and practices.

Prerequisites:
The following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the incuded SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification exam:
• Hold at least one current SAFe certification
• Launched or participated in at least one ART and one PI
