Course description:
The ITIL 4 Specialist: Plan, Implement and Control combined practice module is for IT professionals aiming to establish good cross-practice collaboration and effective service value streams.The individuals can demonstrate their understanding and application of the key concepts covered in the five ITIL Management Practices at both strategic and operational levels, maximising value from these practices.

Module 1 - Understanding the Plan, Implement and Control practices:
• Participants learn the purpose and key concepts of the five ITIL practices covered in this module. The course explains how these practices support planning, implementing and controlling IT services effectively within the organisation.

Module 2 - Practice processes and activities:
• The training explores the processes and key activities within the five practices and how they can be integrated into service value streams to ensure coordinated and efficient service management.

Module 3 - Roles, competencies and organisational integration:
• Participants learn about the roles and competencies required for managing these practices and how they should be positioned within an organisation to support effective service delivery.

Module 4 - Information, technology and supporting capabilities:
• The course explains how information and technology support these practices and how partners and suppliers contribute to successful implementation.

Module 5 - Measuring and improving practice capability:
• Participants explore practice success factors, key metrics and how the ITIL maturity model can be used to assess and improve practice capability.
