We provide virtual course about ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement. The ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Change Enablement course focuses on enabling and managing changes to IT services in a controlled and efficient way.

Course description:
Participants learn how to assess risks, authorize changes and manage change schedules to maximise the number of successful service and product changes. The purpose of the Change Enablement practice is to ensure that changes are implemented successfully while minimizing disruption to services and business operations. It achieves this by ensuring that risks are properly assessed, changes are authorised appropriately and implementation is carefully planned and controlled.

In this course, participants gain practical knowledge of the key concepts, principles and challenges related to the Change Enablement practice. The training explores how organisations can integrate change enablement into service value streams, improve collaboration between teams and maintain control over change activities. Participants also learn how to measure the performance of the practice and how to improve change processes using the ITIL capability model.
