Led by certified and experienced guides, we make sure everyone feels confident and has a great time — no experience needed! Kids as young as 6 can join, and we provide all the gear and support so you can just show up and enjoy the ride. After the tour, we gather back at our rafting base in Heidal for a hot drink and smiles all around. If you are staying around you can jump straight in our river saunas or set up your tent, and settle in for a rustic, yet high quality Nordic outdoor experience.
