Module 1 - Introduction to Business Continuity and ISO/IEC 22301:

Participants explore why business continuity management matters and how structured continuity planning supports organisational resilience. Key terminology, objectives and the relationship between continuity and risk management are discussed to give context for the rest of the training.
Module 2 - Structure and Requirements of ISO/IEC 22301:
• This part of the course explains the structure of the ISO/IEC 22301 standard, including its clauses and how requirements are grouped. Participants gain an understanding of how the standard defines expectations for planning, implementing and maintaining continuity practices that align with organisational goals and stakeholder needs.
Module 3 - Fundamental Concepts and Principles of Business Continuity:
• Participants explore foundational principles that underpin business continuity management, including risk-based thinking, leadership commitment, documentation practices and continual improvement.
