The Red Hat Embedded Systems Engineering course is a five-day intensive on embedded systems engineering and embedded Linux application development.
|
This course involves hands-on exercises building Linux systems for actual embedded devices. Rapid training on GNUPro tools, Red Hat ELDS, board support, and remote system administration of embedded devices. Both wired and wireless network devices are covered. This course is updated for Red Hat Linux 7.3.

Linux or UNIX developers with significant systems programming and device driver or application development experience who desire an intensive introduction to embedded Linux systems engineering. To succeed fully in this course, students should be able to: Have completed RHD-143: Red Hat Linux Programming Essentials, or equivalent systems programming experience on Linux Have completed RHD-221: Red Hat Device Drivers, or equivalent experience in device driver programming on Linux Related courses before: • RHD-143: Red Hat Linux Programming Essentials (RHD-143) • RHD-221: Red Hat Linux Device Drivers (RHD-211)
