The main focus of the course is an intensive practice of the Chen Man Ching Form. We will go through each of the four terms of the form and repeat and deepen the principles of the classics of Taiji.
Allowing for a deepening process of learning, opening, awakening and healing. The process is about awakening to the wholeness of the form allowing us to connect to the whole energy body of the form and relax deeply. We will be repeating the practice over and over again which will allow for a deepening and rejuvenation. In this process you will dicover a fresh energetic power of the form.
The entire bodily function will have a chance to discover its natural innate state. The process of 3 days allows us to release stress and learn to transform the deeper tension that stagnates in the bodily system. We will experienc a deeper unfolding of the layers of tension that can be released through the Taiji forms.
This short retreat will allow you to make more effort in your practice and will help you to moderate naturally to your own individual level.
