Ruslan Biloskurskyy, Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Doctor of Economic Sciences. Professor. Research interests include entrepreneurship and innovation, sustainable development, and digital economics. Co-founder of the Schumpeterian School of Innovation. Consultant on strategic issues for Chernivtsi IT Cluster. Coordinator of the HEI EIT Innovation Laboratories for Climate Actions project at Chernivtsi University.

Achyut Nepal is PhD in Business Administration (PPP-Project Finance). He has made contributions to the fields of public-private partnerships, project finance in infrastructure projects, project governance, investment and project risk structure analysis as a researcher and independent expert.
In addition to serving as an independent consultant for governments, government projects, and I/NGOs operating in Nepal, he worked in senior managerial positions in a number of institutions, including the government. He has also served as a finance specialist for numerous private enterprises in Nepal and India.
His contribution to the Fil. Dr. Jan-U. Sandal Institute as an Affiliated Honorary Research Fellow includes research study in social entrepreneurship with the context of political economy.
