What is Scrum?
Scrum is an agile, dynamic and result-oriented project management method used for the development of comprehensive software products. Scrum can also be used at organizational level as well as for realization of complex project in other areas ex. Marketing or Sales.

The word Scrum originates from the rugby sport - after the ball is thrown, teams get in scrum position i.e. closely knit shoulder to shoulder in order to be able to win back the ball. Team building and self organization are thus the most important basis for Scrum.
The Scrum Master
The Scrum master is the key person of a scrum process. He is a mix between a guide, talent scout, diplomat and baby sitter. Talented with organizational and personal skills as well as stamina and unnerving optimism, a Scrum master is able to bring his team to reach their self- d goals with every Sprint. If you believe that this is not possible, we can prove the opposite: "Scrum up your life!"The ScrumMaster is a leader and a change agent on a mission. His mission is to make a Scrum development team successful. Throughout this course you can experience how to professionally take up this role.

During this Certified ScrumMaster course we will teach you how to make a development team, a project or an organisation agile and successful.
What can you achieve from a Certified ScrumMaster course?
Our experienced Certified ScrumTrainers will teach you how Scrum works and take you through the Scrum flow. They also help you understand the different roles involved in Scrum and show you planning techniques that can be used in order to run Scrum teams successfully. The training involves hands on experience as well as integrated exercises in order to help you achieve the mind shift required to implement Scrum successfully.

Who should attend?
You will leave the ScrumMaster course with a new mindset and a new approach to work. This course is an ideal stepping stone into the Scrum world and can be attended by team members, project managers, team leaders, senior management etc.
The courses starts at 09:00 and ends at 18:00.
On the second day it start at 8:30 and ends at 17:00.
Our instructor: Boris Gloger
Boris has been using Scrum since 2003 in various international projects. He organized the first Scrum Gathering in Vienna in 2004 and the Retrospective Facilitator Gathering in 2006 in Baden-Baden. Boris Gloger is the acting partner of SPRiNT iT GmbH in Ettlingen. He has been training ScrumMasters as a Certified Scrum Trainer since 2004.
