These three days gives Coaches a
compendium of useful NLP tools they can
use to accelerate their flexibility with clients.
|
Designed specifically for Solution Focused
Coaches to address key areas of coaching
competency, the course is a ‘taster’ that
gives a range of new perspectives on the
coach-client relationship.
This is an ICF Accredited Continuing Education Course (28 cceu).
The topics in this three day program are:
* Sensory Acuity: This addresses the awareness and presence of the
Coach and the capacity of the Coach to co-create the relationship
through trust and intimacy.
* Basic Personal Systems: Submodalities of Experience: This
addresses the Coach’s ability to communicate effectively through
active listening: asking powerful questions that evoke discovery,
insight and commitment to action.
* Language Patterns and Effective Goal Design: Understanding
language patterns assists in creating awareness,. It assists us to move
beyond getting hooked by the client’s description, and allows us to
help the client with fixed ways they may have in perceiving
themselves in action in the world. This inspires commitment to shift
their viewpoints and find new possibilities for action.
* Guiding Basic Assumptions towards Easy Mastery: Working
with the client’s basic assumptions playfully communicates broader
perspectives. It assists clients to design actions. We challenge their
assumptions and perspectives, and assist the client to “do it now”
* Anchoring Excellence: With anchoring we provide access to key
resources, in early successes and core talents that ease the process of
effectively preparing and organizing the next level of success.
Your Coach Facilitator: Marilyn Atkinson prepared this program for
already successful coaches who wish to deepen key competencies with
a ‘next level’ set of sensory and language skills.
