Mandatory HSE-training for employers. Do you have an English speaking employer/manager? The new (2006) Worker Environment Act (WEA) demands that managing director (employer) has an approved course in Health, Environment and Safety. We now offer this course in English.
|
We work in cooperation with IOSH (institution of occupational safety and health) in the UK, as the only Norwegian company offering HSE courses.
The main purpose with this course is to meet the anticipation that the managers in the businesses have knowledge about the principals of the systematic HSE-work (§ 3-5 in WEA).
The training will give the employer enough information to perform an analysis of the Health, Environment and Security work in the company.
Utvikling.org has developed a course for the managers based on the WEA after dialogue with the Norwegian HSE authorities.
The participants also get access to an interactive training programme for two years. The content of this programme is a deeper look into the different aspects of the HSE-work.

· Important aspects in the Worker Environment Act
· Repartition of responsibility and duties in the HSE work.
· The systematic HSE work
· The psycososial environment in companies
