(STK-2682). The Archive Solution Administration for Healthcare IT Professionals course provides support engineers and customers with the knowledge and skills to ensure proper implementation and support of their Healthcare Archive solution.
|
These skills include, but are not limited to, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Upon successful completion of this training the student should be able to:
* Identify the major hardware and software components of a PACs healthcare solution
* Describe the monitoring and troubleshooting responsibilities of the customer
* Describe the troubleshooting responsibilities of the PACs medical partner
* Describe the ACSLS Server processes state and perform the ACSLS commands
* State and perform the ACSLS utilities
* Describe and perform the backup and restore processes
* State the firewall-secure ACSLS configuration
* Identify and perform the ACSLS Install and configuration
* Explain troubleshooting and diagnostic programs
* Configure ASM for Unix software in the medical environment
* Customize archiving, releasing, staging, and recycling behavior
* Use command-line programs to administer ASM software installations
* Troubleshoot common installation and operations problems
* Describe performance and reliability improvement techniques
